The Formal Dress Project is required to have a screening process
because the dresses are offered free of charge. Teens will need to
provide 1 of the following:

| 1. A statement showing enrollment in a food program(school or state). 2. A referral from a social worker, school guidance counselor or teacher. Any teen in Foster Care or Kinship Care is automatically eligible.
Community support is needed in order to reach our new goals of providing salon services & tuxedo rentals, as well.
